Why to choose your shared hosting

We have resources – CPU, memory, entry processes, I/O – at the ready for when you need them (we’ll alert you when you’re close.) Or you can really stay on top of things through our robust stats dashboard. Either way, leveling up is a one-click affair.

Control Panel

Host a website on a server shared by other websites. Server resources, such as CPU time, memory, and disk space, are shared by all accounts hosted on the server.

FTP Service

Host an account on virtual servers where overall server resources are shared across all accounts, while some portions of those resources are reserved for each account.

Support Center

Own and manage a private server housed by the hosting provider. Maintain all aspects of owned server(s), with the exception of infrastructure such as electricity, internet access, and storage facilities.

Multi Domain Hosting

Rent server space from a hosting provider and subsequently sublet server space and hosting services to other websites using a specific type of website hosting service.

Web Mail Service

Lease and use a private server that is either managed or unmanaged. Users are have access to all resources available on the machine, and resources are not shared with any other accounts.

Virtual Server

Clear and pre-determined storage limits are associated with a hosting plan, and storage limits can be expanded if normal site usage is exceeded.

Frequently Asked Questions

Little of questions that we got asked frequently

Can I request a Premium Extended Validation (EV) SSL certificate for a private domain?

Yes, you can request an Extended Validation (EV) SSL certificate for a privately-registered domain name. We need to verify that you control the domain you intend to secure, and EV certificates have strict verification guidelines.

Why do expiring domain names have private Whois contact information?

If the private contact information already displays for a domain name during expiration, we won’t change it.
If you want to transfer the domain name away from us during the auto-renew grace period, we will automatically revert the private contact information to your original registrant information when you request the authorization code.

Can I transfer my site from one GoDaddy account to another?

No. If you log in to your GoDaddy account, create a site and then realize your GoDaddy domain is registered with another GoDaddy account, you need to process an account change to move it into the account your website is in.

Do I have to pay for the website?

You can publish your site on a trial URL that will expire in three days. The trial URL is automatically generated. To publish your site on your own domain, you need to purchase a GoDaddy GoMobile subscription. The subscription is per site.

How does Business Registration affect Private Registration?

Business Registration works in conjunction with Private Registration (also known as privacy) to keep your personal information private while promoting your business.

What is the difference between public and private domain name registration?

Per our registrar agreement with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), the contact and registrant information listed for your domain name must be made public. Using false information is a violation and can lead to the termination of your domain name registration.

We understand most people do not want their personal contact information (name, address, email address, and phone number) made public in the Whois database. That’s why we have offered Private Registration services since 2002.

Can I log in with my old mDot account?

To log in using your old mDot account, please enter the email address you used to register for mDot Once you are logged in, you can change anything except for the domain name. To change the domain, you need to convert your mDot account to a GoDaddy account, either by signing up (if you don’t have a GoDaddy account) or signing in (if you already have a GoDaddy account).

What is your IP address so I can redirect the hosting address to you?

An IP address isn’t needed. Just use hosting.mpresence.net for the CNAME record.
